Order Processing
All orders are processed and shipped on working days (Monday–Friday) within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons, promotional events, or holidays.
Shipping Costs
A flat shipping fee of USD $5 will be charged on all orders under USD $200.
Orders over USD $200 qualify for free standard shipping worldwide.
Final shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.
Shipping Methods
Sywwkj ships orders worldwide through trusted shipping carriers and logistics partners.
Our primary shipping carrier is GlobalPost. Local postal services or regional delivery partners may be used for final delivery depending on the destination country.
Shipping methods may vary based on destination and shipping availability.
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes in certain regions.Delivery Time

Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, where available.
Tracking updates may take several days to appear depending on the carrier.
Insurance
Orders may be insured against theft or accidental damage during transit until delivery to the specified shipping address.
Once the package has been delivered, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact the shipping carrier immediately and notify us at sale@sywwkj.com.
Taxes and VAT
Applicable taxes may be included in product prices depending on your region and local regulations.
Customers outside certain tax regions may be eligible for tax-exclusive pricing during checkout.
Import Duties & Customs Fees
For international shipments, import duties, customs fees, taxes, or other charges may apply once the shipment reaches the destination country.

Sywwkj has no control over customs charges and cannot predict the exact amount of such fees.

Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Sywwkj is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost during transit, please contact us at sale@sywwkj.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Please note that shipping delays caused by customs clearance, weather, or carrier disruptions are outside our direct control.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After 24 hours, orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled. If the order has been shipped, you may request a return according to our Return & Refund Policy.
