Return & Exchange Policy

At Sywwkj, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange under the conditions below.

Return Period

You may return your order within 30 days from the date you receive your items.

Returns requested after this period may not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

A return request or clear written statement must be included in the package;

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition;

Items may be tried on for size and fit, but not worn beyond that;

All original tags and packaging must remain attached and intact;

Items must be securely packaged for return shipment;

Correct postage must be paid when returning items.

Please note that any signs of wear, damage, or missing tags may result in partial or full refusal of the return or a deduction in value.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our side (such as incorrect or defective items).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Sywwkj is not responsible for lost return packages.

Exchanges

Size or Color Exchange

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at sale@sywwkj.com before sending your return.

If the requested item is available in stock, we will ship the replacement after receiving and inspecting your returned item.

The first size or color exchange is free of shipping charges. Additional exchanges may require customer-paid shipping.

Exchange for Different Item

If you wish to receive a different product instead, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.

Refund Policy

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund request will be reviewed and approved if all return conditions are met.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note:

Refund processing time depends on your bank or payment provider

Sywwkj has no control over additional bank processing delays

Refunds are typically processed within a few business days after approval, but final posting time may vary

Shipping Fees & Refunds

If you return your entire order, the original standard shipping fee (if applicable) may be refunded

If you return only part of your order, shipping fees are non-refundable

Additional services or express shipping charges are non-refundable

Inspection & Approval

All returned items are inspected upon arrival.

We reserve the right to:

Approve the return in full

Issue a partial refund (if items show signs of use or missing tags)

Reject returns that do not meet our return conditions

Please include your return form or a clear written statement inside your package.

We strongly recommend using the original packaging whenever possible to ensure safe delivery.
